Hypnosis isn’t some kind of magic – it’s grounded in science! It’s a natural state that our brains enter regularly – everyone has experienced hypnosis numerous times without even recognizing it. It occurs when you’re watching TV, reading a book, doing chores, or even driving. For instance, have you ever driven somewhere and found yourself at the destination without realizing how you got there, because your mind was captivated by your thoughts? Your conscious mind handled your internal dialogue and thoughts, while your subconscious mind (like an autopilot) guided you to your destination.
Hypnosis acts as a link between your conscious and subconscious mind. The conscious mind is the part responsible for logic and reasoning, handling everything you are aware of doing.
On the flip side, the subconscious mind operates beneath your awareness. It manages your emotions, habits, behavior, and even shapes your personality. This is where beliefs and memories reside. Picture the subconscious mind as the autopilot, a part you typically don’t control.
To alter thought patterns, beliefs, and habits, we need to tap into the subconscious mind, and hypnosis facilitates this. It’s important to note that 95% of your day is influenced by your subconscious mind. Recognizing this emphasizes the power of hypnosis as a tool to rewire and upgrade your mind, instilling better beliefs to enhance your quality of life. This is precisely what we aim to achieve in your session!
No, absolutely not. You are in control at all times, and you can stop the session whenever you feel like it. You will not accept any suggestions that are harmful to you; you are completely aware throughout the entire session.
People experience it differently. Some feel like they’re floating, and some don’t. Some might get a bit sleepy, while others won’t. Mostly, people just feel relaxed, like they’re in a light meditative state. The key thing to know is that your feelings don’t determine how well it’s working – it is effective, no matter what you feel. I assure you!
Every Rapid Transformational Therapy session typically spans from 90 minutes to 2 hours. Consequently, I recommend scheduling a complete 2 and a half hours in your calendar to ensure sufficient time without feeling rushed.
Absolutely not! That’s a common misconception. You have complete control throughout the entire process. You can talk, move your body, fetch a tissue, and even get up to leave, you can even use the bathroom if necessary. Even if the session is online and if our connection is lost, you might drift into sleep if deeply relaxed, but you’ll eventually realize you’re not hearing my voice and naturally open your eyes.
There’s no need to worry about how deeply you go. Forget about that aspect; it’s not significant. The depth of the trance doesn’t determine the effectiveness of the session. So, don’t fixate on the idea of whether you’ve reached a sufficient depth. Just reassure yourself by saying, “This is working,” and rest assured it will be effective. Understand that the process is effective regardless of the perceived depth.
The incredible aspect of RTT is that even if you believe you know the reason, you perceive it in an ENTIRELY new light. This fresh perspective enables you to alter the meaning and, in turn, transform your beliefs. Many clients discover scenes during the session that differ significantly from their expectations. Simply relax and have faith that your subconscious mind will reveal precisely what you need to see.
If you find yourself revisiting scenes from your past that involve challenging experiences like sexual or physical abuse, or other traumas, it’s crucial to understand that you’re not actually reliving those moments; you are merely reviewing them, and you are in a safe environment. I am here to provide support and establish a secure space for you to express your emotions and undergo the healing process. Rest assured, you will be okay.
After the hypnosis session, it’s common to feel relaxed, and there might be a brief period of drowsiness. Many clients emerge from the trance with noticeable smiles, feeling excited or empowered, having realized the significance of the experience. You might also notice a tingling sensation at the back of your head, a reflective mood, or a surge of energy. Each person’s experience varies. Clients frequently share that they continue to have additional insights and revelations in the days and weeks following their RTT session.
Changes from Rapid Transformational Therapy can manifest in three ways, and the timing varies for each individual:
- Immediate: Some experience a significant shift right away, with instant changes in physiology, thoughts, and behaviors occurring during the session.
- Incremental: Others observe consistent shifts daily or over time, with changes unfolding gradually.
- Retroactive: In some cases, changes may not be apparent immediately, but over time, you may suddenly look back and realize all the things that have transformed in your life.
It’s important to understand that no professional can provide an absolute guarantee of specific results. Successful outcomes depend on various factors, including your commitment to the process. Nevertheless, the substantial number of referrals I receive is a testament to the effectiveness of RTT in helping individuals overcome their challenges. Take a look at the testimonials from previous clients to gain insights into their experiences and the positive changes they’ve encountered.
The mind learns through repetition, and it typically takes at least 21 days to establish a new habit. The scientific principle behind this is that neurons that fire together wire together. Neurons associated with a specific activity create neural pathways that strengthen with repeated engagement in that activity. By consistently listening to the audio, you ensure that the newly formed neural pathways during the hypnotherapy session are growing stronger.
Consider how challenging it is to adopt a new habit. Initially, it might feel awkward and unfamiliar, such as learning a better way to hold a tennis racket. With practice, it becomes more comfortable until the old way feels awkward in comparison.
Conversely, neurons that fire apart wire apart. If an old activity is not practiced, the neural pathways associated with it weaken over time.
RTT is structured to deliver a significant breakthrough and facilitate substantial changes swiftly in your life. For certain issues, some clients may find it beneficial to undergo more than one RTT session; the depth of the issue can influence this, and it might take up to three sessions. Many individuals choose to continue with sessions to address various aspects of their lives and enhance themselves holistically. If you’re considering multiple RTT sessions for different issues, feel free to ask about package deals.
